1. All Sales are Final:
   1.1. Due to the nature of our products, including print-on-demand items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products purchased from The HOP Nerd LLC Shop.
   1.2. It is your responsibility to review the product descriptions, specifications, and sizing information before placing an order to ensure that the product meets your requirements.
    

2. Print-on-Demand Products:
   2.1. Certain products available for purchase on The HOP Nerd LLC Shop are print-on-demand items fulfilled by a third-party service provider, www.printful.com.
   2.2. Any issues relating to the printing, shipping, quality, or any other aspect of print-on-demand products must be addressed directly with www.printful.com.
   2.3. The HOP Nerd LLC is not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from print-on-demand products, and any claims or liabilities should be directed to www.printful.com.
    

3. Starting Points: Operationally Curious Questions™:
   3.1. The product "Starting Points: Operationally Curious Questions™" is sold through an independent company, www.makeplayingcards.com, which offers print-on-demand playing cards.
   3.2. All sales of "Starting Points: Operationally Curious Questions™" are final, and The HOP Nerd LLC does not provide refunds or exchanges for this product.
   3.3. Any issues regarding shipping, quality, or any other aspect of "Starting Points: Operationally Curious Questions™" must be resolved directly with www.makeplayingcards.com.
   3.4. The HOP Nerd LLC disclaims any liability, financial or otherwise, arising from the purchase, use, or handling of "Starting Points: Operationally Curious Questions™" and indemnifies itself from any claims or disputes related to this product.
    

4. Limitation of Liability:

   4.2. You agree to release The HOP Nerd LLC from any claims, demands, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any disputes, issues, or problems related to the products purchased from The HOP Nerd LLC Shop.
    

5. Governing Law: 5.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Arizona.
   5.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The State of Arizona.
